 Meet the Hoop Historians

 

Gary De Perry is the assistant basketball coach at Dominican High School in White Dish Bay, Wisconsin.  Gary was the former head basketball coach at Bradley Tech in Milwaukee.  While at Bradley Tech, De Perry coached the Trojans to a 101-53 win-loss record from 2001-2008 and captured the City Conference Championship in 2005.  In the three-year stretch during 2003-2006, Bradley Tech compiled a 51-15 record.  After leaving Bradley Tech, Gary went on to coach volleyball at Ronald Reagan High School in Milwaukee.  Gary was the varsity assistant coach for Milwaukee Vincent, where his team won three consecutive Wisconsin state championships in 1996, 1997 and 1998.  Vincent compiled a won-loss record of 74-7 during that stretch.  For his many coaching efforts to the sport of basketball DePerry was inducted into the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame.  Gary also works Milwaukee Brewers games at Miller Park.
