Bailey is the Associate Executive Director of the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association.  Michael previously served as President of the IBCA.  As a head high school basketball coach, Bailey achieved over 600 victories between Dundee-Crown and Saint Patrick High Schools, winning 16 regional championships and three sectional titles.  Bailey is a member of the IBCA Hall of Fame, the East Suburban Catholic Conference Hall of Fame and the Saint Patrick High School Hall of Fame.
