Raymond has coached basketball at many levels with consistent success.  Zebro started out as a seventh and eighth grade coach in Pomona, New York and was promoted to ninth grade head coach.  He advanced to become the head varsity coach at Northern Valley Regional High School in Demarest, New Jersey, the Associate Head Coach at Rockland Community College in Suffern, New York and Assistant Coach at Dominican College of Blauvet in Orangeburg, New York.  While at Dominican, Zebro's teams captured five different twenty-win seasons and advanced to the NAIA National Tournament.  Ray has been a 35-year member of the National Association of Basketball Coaches and for the last 18 years has been working as the Assistant to the Athletic Director at Northern Valley Regional High School.
